1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SoundWaveMaker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

SoundWaveMaker is a free browser-based tool that converts audio files into waveform visualization videos. The Service is provided "as is" without any guarantees of availability or performance.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for any audio, images, fonts, and text you upload.
• You must own or have legal rights to all content you upload.
• You agree not to upload illegal, infringing, or malicious content.
• You agree not to abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you upload and videos you generate. SoundWaveMaker does not claim ownership of user-generated content. The SoundWaveMaker name, logo, and website code are the property of Rashed Zaman.

5. Service Limitations

Audio files are limited to 10MB. Background images to 1MB. Font files to 500KB. We may impose rate limits to ensure fair usage for all users. Processing is limited to 5 concurrent users with additional users queued.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Service for users who violate these terms, at our sole discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SoundWaveMaker or its creator be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
